1 onion |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
500g ground vegetarian meat |
salt pepper |
4 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
8 eggs |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons milk |
1 tablespoon parsley |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix onion, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Let stand for an hour.Drain onions and mix them throuh vegetarian meat. Fry vegetarian meat ; use forks to keep it loose; keep warm. Whip eggs loose; mix with milk, celery and parsley. Drop 1 tablespoon of oil in pan and fry a quart of egg mixture.When bottom is clotted put in quart of vegetarian meat mixture and fold the omelet.
