400g ground vegetarian meat |
salt white pepper |
fresh black pepper from mill |
4 slices of cheese if desired |
2 beaten eggs |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
4 tablespoons oil |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix vegetarian meat salt,parsley, white pepper and form 8 flat and long thin burgers. Put cheese on burger. On top of cheese another burger.Press the sides so cheese wont show anymore. Take vegetarian Schnitzel s through egg and breadcrumbs press them good in vegetarian meat mixture. Fry them over medium heat till done and brown.Serve with mashed potato or bread.Happy meal. Enjoy! |
