3 eggs |
4 slices vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute |
1/4 cup milk |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
lemmonjuice |
salt pepper |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons butter |
pinch of cumin |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Cut vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute finely, add with cumin to vegetarian meat; whip eggwhites stiff and mix this with other ingredients through vegetarian meat. Bring the vegetarian meat mixture to a greased oven dish dont press it. Put dish or form in a pan with 3L water in a pre heated oven over medium heat (350F). Tastes good with champignon in creamsauce.Lovely. Enjoy! |
