| 3 eggs |
| 4 slices vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute |
| 1/4 cup milk |
| 1 cup breadcrumbs |
| lemmonjuice |
| salt pepper |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| pinch of cumin |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Cut vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute finely, add with cumin to vegetarian meat; whip eggwhites stiff and mix this with other ingredients through vegetarian meat. Bring the vegetarian meat mixture to a greased oven dish dont press it. Put dish or form in a pan with 3L water in a pre heated oven over medium heat (350F). Tastes good with champignon in creamsauce.Lovely. Enjoy! |
