| 500g ground vegetarian meat |
| pinch oregano |
| salt pepper |
| pinch thyme |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 500g macaroni |
| 1 small cauliflower |
| 1/2 cup grated cheese |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix vegetarian meat with pinch oregano, salt, pepper, celery, thyme. Make balls and fix them in 1 tablespoon of oil. Make macaroni. Make cauliflower; cook till just done.Put macaroni in dish; lay vegetarian beef balls on top.Sprinkle half of grated cheese over it and then again a layer of cauliflower.Rest of cheese on top ,a chunk of butter here and there and set in oven over medium heat for 20 minutes.Serve real hot. Enjoy! |
