| 500g ground potatoes |
| 500 g cale |
| 1cup bouillon cubes |
| salt pepper |
| 400g ground vegetarian beef |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| 1/2 tablespoon chopped celery |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Cook potatoes and kale with salt and pepper , parsley,celery in stock for about 30-40 minutes. Knead vegetarian beef to 4 balls and fry them in 2 spoons oil evenly brown and done. Put them on dish of mashed kale and potatoes together.Serve with fat vegetarian wurst. Great for winter and summer: Enjoy! |
