Mix vegetarian meat with garli, cumin, salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons paprika powder and form 8 little croquettes. Bake them golden brown in butter; keep them apart.Fry cucumber , 3 tomatoes, 1 onion. Cut eggplants in two halves lenghtwise and fill the center with rolls of vegetarian meat. Put the unpeeled eggplant upsidedown in frying pan between tomatoes.
