750g ground vegetarian meat |

50g abricuts |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons lemmon juice |
pinch of cumin |
1 teaspoon parsely |
2 slices bread |
1/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon chopped celery |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Cut abricuts; first soak them if needed. Make breadcrumbs; let them soak in milk 30 minutes. Knead all ingredients and make balls.Fry them golden brown on every side add 1 cup water; let simmer for an hour.Serve with hot spicy rice and other vegetarian meats. Enjoy! |
