1000g ground vegetarian meat |
1 cup chopped walnut |
1 cup breadcrumb 2 eggs beaten |
1/2 cup milk |
1 can onion soup |
salt pepper |
pinch of cumin |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix vegetarian meat, walnut, breadcrumb, 2 eggs beaten, milk,salt cumin, pepper and form small balls. Fry them over medium heat and give the pan a good shake now and then to color balls evenly. Add onion soup and let simmer for 15 minutes.Serve with bread or rice or potatoes.Great. Bon appetit! |
