| 2 tabespoons oil |
| 1 cup rice |
| 500g ground vegetarian meat |
| 1 chopped onion |
| 1 minced clove garlic |
| pinch cayenne |
| pinch of cumin |
| 500g tomatoes |
| 1 cup stock - 2 cubes |
| salt |
| pepper |
| 1 tablespoon chilipowder |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Heat oil; add raw rice let it take a light yellow color.Add loose vegetarian beef, cumin, onion, garlic and let fry for a few minutes. Cut tomatoes in parts and with the other ingredients add to rice;stir, put a lid on pan and let stand for 30-40 minutes.Use long boil rice. Bon appetit! |
