Ingredients

500g ground vegetarian meat
salt pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion
1/4 cup celery
200g rice
1/4 cup parsley
1 teaspoon paprika powder
pinch of cumin

more:

pinch of oregano
pinch of thyme
pinch of marjoram
pinch of rosemary
2 cup vegetable stock
HOW TO MAKE


HOW TO MAKE:
Fry vegetarian meat; keep loose.Add onion, celery and other herbs and spices . Fry for a few minutes. Add bouillon and rice;stir a little . Put lid on it and let simmer till done in 25 minutes. Taste rice and dont use the quick boiling "5" minutes version. Stir in some parsley and sprinkle with paprika powder. Bon appetit!
