| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| 3 teaspoons paprika powder |
| 2 cup water |
| 1 1/4 cup rice |
| 4 little onions |
| 1 paprika |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Bake vegetarian beef brown keep loose, cut carrots onions let fry along;add cumin salt pepper parsley paprika powder add water ;when water boils add rice.Put lid on pan and cook rice till done.Stir everything with ease and put on a warm plate.Garnish with slices of paprika and tomato.
