2 onions |
4 tablespoons celeriac |
500g ground vegetarian meat |
salt pepper |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 tablespoon chopped celery |
1 teaspoon chilipowder |
pinch oregano |
1 can baked beans |
1/2 cup grated cheese |
pinch of cumin |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Fry onions, celeriac, chilipowder in oil; add vegetarian meat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, cumin, celery, oregano; fry till brown and done. Stir in baked beans and simmer for 15 mins more. Add grated cheese and serve with lettuce. |
