Ingredients |
| 400g ground vegetarian meat |
| salt |
| 250g sauerkraut |
| 4 junipers |
| 1 teaspoon cumin |
| 4 tablespoons white wine |
| 1 teaspoon black pepper |
| 8 slices (thin) vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Cook sauerkraut and junipers.No longer than 25 minutes. Mix vegetarian meat with salt & pepper, parsley and make 4 vegetarian meat cookies. Bake them on 1 side ;On that side put some sauerkraut and wrap around some slices of thin cut vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute. Fry vegetarian steakes in butter golden brown. Bon appetit! |
