| 400g ground vegetarian meat |
| salt pepper |
| 1 tablespoon chopped onion |
| 2 tablespoons mustard |
| 2 tablespoons mustard 2 cloves garlic |
| 4 tablespoons cream cheese |
| 4 tablespoons butter |
| 2 tablespoons paprika powder |
| 250g rice |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix vegetarian meat with salt, pepper, parsley, onion and make 4 flat balls.Fry them brown over high heat.Put mustard on bottom, cheese on top and put them back in pan ;mustard side down.Sprinkle paprika powder over cheese. Let simmer for 12 minutes. Dont turn. Prepare rice. Add water to butter let simmer for 20 minutes extra. Bon appetit! |
