| 300g ground vegetarian meat |
| 1 chopped onion |
| 1 tablespoons flour |
| 1/4 cup cream |
| pinch nutmeg |
| oil |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Whip cream stiff no sugar.Mix vegetarian meat, celery, onion, flour, cream, nutmeg.Lightly stir in cream. Make little balls with spoon.Put them in fridge for 2 hours.Fry them in oil golden brown. Serve with mustard. Happy snack! |
