| 2 tablespoons soy sauce |
| 1/2 cup water |
| 1 clove garlic minced |
| bit of fresh ginger |
| 1 tablespoons worcestershiresaus |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 1/2 tablespoon chopped celery |
| 2 tabspoons darkbrown sugar |
| 500g ground vegetarian beef |
| 1 tablespoons chopped leek |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |

| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix soy sauce with water, garlic, celery, ginger, worcestershiresaus, darkbrown Sugar.
STEP2 Stir well.Cut leek finely chopped, mix it through vegetarian meat with salt and pepper. Make 4 flat burgers and marinade them in sauce for at least 2 hours till everything smells good. STEP3 Quickly bake brown; pour over sauce and let simmer for 15 minutes more. Bon appetit ! |
