| 500g ground vegetarian beef |
| salt pepper |
| 1 rusk |
| 4 tablespoons butter |
| 2 onions |
| drops lemmon juice |
| 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| For tired and hungry men..
Mix salt, pepper ,vegetarian meat, parsley and rusk. Make 4 BIG, flat burgers, roll them through (spiced)rusk and fry brown on medium heat in 3-5 minutes per side. Fry -A LOT-of onion rings and serve with mashed or -better- fried potatoes & favorit vegetables! Have fun & Bon Appetit ! |
