| 500g ground vegetarian beef |
| salt pepper |
| tablespoons chopped onion |
| 2 tablespoons dragon vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 4 halve rolls |
| 4 slices cheese if desired |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix vegetarian meat with parsley, salt and pepper and make 4 flat burgers. Sprinkle chopped onion and vinegar over it.
STEP2 After 15 minutes fry them in hot butter brown, quickly. Put slices of cheese on it. EnjoY! |
