| 500g ground vegetarian beef |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt pepper |
| 1 tablespoons applesauce |
| 2 tablespoons oil |
| sauce: |
| 2 tablespoons dark sugar |
| 3 tablespoons vinegar |
| 1/2 teaspoon mustardpowder |
| 1 tin pineapple |
| A hot pepper to your taste. We prefer a pepper named Jeanette |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix vegetarian steaks (4) with salt, pepper, applesauce; fry brown on both sides.
STEP2 Mix sugar, vinegar, celery, mustard powder and pineapple juice;add pieces of pineapple. Stir sauce through cooking butter and let mixture get hot. Put vegetarian steaks on a plate and pour sauce over it. Bon appetit! .
