| 500g ground vegetarian beef |
| pinch of thyme |
| pinch of oregano |
| pinch of rosemary |
| salt pepper |
| a bit of tabasco |
| cheese if desired |
| 6 rolls |
| 2 tablespoons chopped onion |
| 1 tablespoon parsley |
| 2 tablespoons celery |
| pepper |
| tablespoon chilisauce |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix all ingredients. Butter the rolls. Make burgers (flatten balls) Fry them till light brown not done yet. Put burgers hot on rolls.
STEP 2 Serve with cheese, pickle, tomato, (fried) onions, red sauces and mayonaise. Bon appetit! |
