500g ground vegetarian beef |
1/2 cup parmazan cheese |
1 clove garlic |
salt pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped onion |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1 tablespoon celery |
cheese if desired |
6 rolls |
teaspoon italian seasoning |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix all ingredients. Butter the rolls. Make burgers .
Fry them till light brown not done yet. Put burgers hot on rolls; sprinkle one leaf little fine chopped celery over it. STEP 2 Serve with cheese, tomato, (fried) onions, red sauces. TIP: Replace sauce by warm aubergine/tomato mix. Bon Appetit! |
