| 250g ground vegetarian beef |
| teaspoon vinegar |
| nutmeg |
| 1clove garlic |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |
| thin sliced vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute |
| 1/2 teaspoon majoram |
| champignons |
| cream |
| cognac or vieux if desired |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Spice vegetarian beef with salt, pepper, celery, nutmeg, garlic, teaspoon vinegar,majoram. Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. wrap around 1or 2 slices of vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute till all vegetarian meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides for 10 minutes.Remove vegetarian meat from skillet; fry mushrooms, add cream and add some cognac or vieux if desired to. Give the cream sauce a spicy taste. Enjoy! |
