Ingredients |
750g ground vegetarian meat |
1 onion |
1 tablespoon fresh dill |
1 teaspoon cumin |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |
Sauce: |
5dl yoghurt |
1 tablespoon flour |
2 tablespoons fresh coriander sprigs |
1 teaspoon cuminseeds |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix 750g ground vegetarian meat, 1 onion,1 tablespoon fresh dill, parsley, cumin ; make little balls. Heat oil over medium heat and add balls; 5-10 minutes. Drain on paper toweling. Sauce: yoghurt and flour mix to smooth in pan; 5 minutes. Simmer till yoghurt has thickened. Add balls to sauce and let simmer for 5 more minutes. Add coriander and seeds. Serve with warm (pita) bread. Enjoy! |
