| onion peeled |
| 2 cloves garlic minced |
| 2 teaspoons curry |
| 1 tomato chopped |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| pound ground vegetarian beef 500g |
| 4 seeded paprikas |
| salt |
| pepper |
| water |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Butter in pan. Medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Stir in curry add tomatoe parts ; 2 more minutes. Add vegetarian meat.Cook brown while stirring in 10 minutes; put in paprika pieces, parsley, salt, pepper and some water Bring to boil.Reduce heat, cover pan and let simmer for 15 minutes till all is tender. Enjoy! |
