Chili barbecued vegetarian beef |

Ingredients |
| 3 tablespoons, ground seeded,dried pasila chili's |
| 1 teaspoon coarse or kosher salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
| 2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
| 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
| refried black beans if desired |
| 3 cloves garlic minced |
| 2 pounds ground vegetarian beef |
| shredded romain lettuce |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| radishes and or radish slices |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix chili's,salt and cumin in small bowl. Stir in oil and lime juice to make a smooth paste. Stir in garlic.
STEP 2 Bake vegetarian meat for 15 minutes.Put in grill for 5 minutes with chili paste on top Serve garnished with chopped parsley, lettuce and radishes,accompanied by refried Black Beans. Bon Appetit! |
