Ingredients |
| 1 lbs ground vegetarian beef |
| 1/4 cup onion rings |
| 1 cups soft breadcrumbs |
| 1 eggs |
| 2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 2 tablespoons margarine |
| 2 ounces apricot preserves.If desired. |
| 1/3 cup barbecue sauce |
| black pepper to taste |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| 3-4 pers.
Combine vegetarian meat, crumbs, egg, pepper and salt; mix lightly. Shape into approximately 8 little vegetarian meatballs. STEP 2: Put balls in margarine and add onion slices till brown;Drain but leave some of that gravy! Place in casserole dish. STEP 3: Combine preserves,gravy and barbecue sauce; pour over vegetarian meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with a rich, fresh salad and fried french pommes. (little round potatoes) Enjoy! |
