| 1 pound ground vegetarian beef |
| 1 pound green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces |
| 1 cup water |
| 1/4 cup white sugar |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground vegetarian beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat. Stir in green beans, celery and about 1 cup water. Cover, and cook until beans are tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Season with sugar and soy sauce, and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.Enjoy! |
